CCE was founded by Eddie Monroe, a veteran of the corporate and professional services industry with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, including 10+ years in leadership and executive roles. Throughout the years his goal has been to lead teams who can successfully perform the traditional as well as the complex projects consisting of ways to make the impossible… possible. The standards built over this time is now a part of CCE everyday practice.
